FOR SALE : 1968 Mk2 Morris Mini Cooper 998, Snowberry White & Black, history from new, 69k miles and MOT'd until 8/ 8/ 25. Bought by me in August 2022 while my Mk2 Cooper S was off the road it's now time to let someone else enjoy it, and having owned sixteen Minis I'm looking for something else. First registered on 23/ 9/ 68 in London, the history file includes copies of all the previous owner's log books. Originally Snowberry White & Black, it was painted red and silver in the late '70s then Island Blue & Snowberry White in the '80s, it's now back in its factory colour combination. Original shell, drivetrain, glass and interior aside from the refurbished period Microcell reclining front seats and wood rimmed steering wheel (the original wheel comes with the car). Restored eight years ago by Chris Spenewyn in Hertfordshire for the previous owner, a member of the Mini Cooper Register. Hi-Lo adjustable suspension, new fuel pump and new brake master cylinder fitted by John Adams at Coventry Classic Minis last year, car is located in Rugby. A nice original and usable Mk2 Cooper, asking £18, 000.
