Rare non sunroof mk2 Capri. 2. 0 gl late 1977 build registered jan 78 . one family owned before me
Good original condition for age , but needing some cosmetic tidying , easily sorted
Lots of history , engine rebuild at approx 90k with bill for £1300
All fuel system including carb , tank and sender ect replaced
Engine service including plugs , leads battery just done ,,
New brakes including calipers and mastercylinder ect.
Recent tyres on 7x13 Minilites
Very reliable car , drives good .. previous to me , the car was in storage for a number years due original owner giving up drivingI bought this because the previous owner had it from new and it was his company car , which he bought it from his company when offered it .. and the condition was pretty good and original for a nearly 50 year old.. and only required minimal welding repairs like most old Fords .. Very few low ownership Capris around , and i love the rare metallic jupiter red colour with contrasting tan vinyl interior.. and love the mk2 as so rare compared to any other Capri, especially non sunroof cars like this one
