Description
FINAL COUPLE OF DAYS OF LISTING . My lovely Triumph 350 TA, Model Twentyone, first registered 5th Oct. 1961, still carrying its original issued Derby registration number XRC 211. It also has matching Engine and Frame numbers. The V5 is in my name, and i also have its old buff cardboard log book. Currently fitted with a concentric carb, but there is also a new Amal monobloc carb included. Wheels and tyres are excellent, see the pictures. I also have a Triumph workshop instruction manual, parts manual, the original owners instruction handbook, and a rare Pitmans Triumph twins repair manual. I was informed the bike has had a engine/ gearbox rebuild but do not have any documentary evidence to support this. All the tinware and bathtub is metal (no fibreglass). I bought the bike off a well known and respected classic bike dealer over a year ago purely on a whim, as i had always wanted one as a teenager in the early sixties. The bike has spent all its time in my ownership living in my conservatory as a static display (much to my wife s dismay). hence the reason for sale. I have never tried to start it, but it has plenty of compression. It will require probably a new battery, and recommissioning prior to use. It is registered historic, so no tax or mot required. The price is firm, no offers or swaps please. My location is near Newcastle upon Tyne NE40. message me for more info. Thanks for your interest
