1974 ALFA ROMEO GT JUNIOR 1600 PROJECT
Where to start, the car is a South African import which is fully registered in the UK with V5c in my name, this makes it a factory right hand drive model and more importantly, with the exception of floor pans and middle and outer cills (the inner cills are repairable?), the shell is very rust free and solid.
It's a perfect example to carry out an Alfaholics conversion or just restore to original, comes complete with all removed parts and the important chrome work, still has its 1600cc correct code engine for rebuild (engine stand included)
I have stripped to bare shell and mounted on a purpose built dolly/ rotisserie, which allows you to work on the car at a nice height and different positions, this is included with the car and un-bolts for transporting.
I can’t see that the shell has ever been welded, the floor pans and rear seat panels still have their factory sound proofing on and all the inner wheel wells are original.
There are around 150 GT Juniors left on the UK roads so a rare car, prices are on the up so a great opportunity to buy at a realistic price, restored examples are now in the 30-50k range.
Please come and have a look, I genuinely believe that the first person to view will purchase as the shell is so good, I am only moving her on due to ill health and not being able to spend the time it needs to carry out the works, with the car fully stripped, you can see exactly what you are getting with no nasty surprises!

Comes with all running gear, all glass apart from windscreen, will need some parts sourcing like heater box and interior/ exterior trim but a great basis for whatever you want her to be.
