Description
This is the first time this beautiful classic British sports car has been brought to market in 35 years.
In stunning condition finished in signal red with a contrasting black mohair hood which is in excellent condition, and matching tonneau cover, it also has the very rare hard top included with this sale.
This car has been restored to a very high standard a number of years ago and cherished. but also used appropriately by the owner. Having been taken to Les Man’s twice and onto the continent through Italy and Greece with the TR owners club.
The car has an extremely comprehensive history file present which includes the original buff log book showing the original keepers, the first of which was a Mr J Churchill who, in November 1959, had the car shipped straight from the triumph factory to East Africa as his personal vehicle until he returned with it one year later.
