Description
This 1976 Triumph Stag has been with its current owner for the last 7 years but there has been a change of circumstances and I've been asked to offer it for sale.
The bodywork and paint are in excellent condition, practically faultless and no signs of any rust. It was restored by a previous owner and there are photos on file of it stripped to bare metal and mounted on a rotisserie. The soft top was replaced recently.
The interior, whilst clean and tidy, is starting to look a little tired. The side bolsters on the seats have collapsed a bit but they still offer some support and are comfortable. There are no splits or tears in the vinyl but there is a small repair at the top of the driver's seat. The carpets have a couple of worn patches here and there but they do not detract from the overall pleasant feel of the interior. The dashboard is all good and everything works.
The original Triumph 3 litre V8 engine fires up easily and settles into a sweet sounding idle. The owners have had the car regularly serviced and the ease in which it drives is testament to that.
Please call or email for more details and to arrange an inspection and test drive.
