Land Rover Series 1 1954 86 inch
With a heavy heart I have decided to finally sell my Landrover due to divorce settlement
It has been with my family for over forty years
A classic “barn find” rescued from my grandfathers hay barn in early 2000 and then sat in my own barn for another twenty odd years.
Sadly I couldn’t keep the original reg number so it had to be re registered
The Land Rover went off to a Land Rover specialist for a full restoration in late 2021/ 22 with full photo documentation and invoices of nearly £8, 000 in parts alone.
Chassis and bulk head was shot blasted and re plated and painted
Engine gearbox and transfer box overhauled
Re wired throughout
Axles stripped down refurbished
New exmoor trim hood , sticks and seats
New tyres,
Windscreen wiper motors and steering wheel also refurbished
