Totally solid original 72 in stunning blaze orange. An older restoration but still VGC. No rust, welding or body filler, paint thickness can be demonstrated, fully under sealed and wax oiled. Over 6K spent since 2019. All service invoices and receipts present confirming just 1800 miles covered in that time. Heritage certificate and agreed insurance valuation at 10k. Unleaded conversion inertia reel seat belts and 12V battery.
Too many new parts to list but main bits are wire wheels and tyres, brake drums, shoes and cylinders, front pads, discs and calipers, front springs, rear shocks and links, hubs and bearings all round, brake pipes all round, fuel tank and pump, water pump, spark plugs, electronic ignition, coil, leads and distributor, stainless steel exhaust, carburrettors, front suspension arm bushes and trunion bush kit, oil pipes, oil and filter service, carpets throughout, washer bottle kit, temp/ oil pressure gauge, mohair hood.
Dry use only, working overdrive. Very good hot and cold oil pressure. No leaks from engine or diff but usual light leak from gearbox. The car is not concours but a very good usable example with much money spent making it solid and reliable. A few blemishes in paint as pictured but very shiny stunning paintwork. A great looking roadster in stunning blaze orange and bright shiny chrome set off by the wire wheels. Runs great and maintains excellent oil pressure and correct engine temperature on long runs. Only selling ad wife bought herself a convertible and lost interest in my roadster so I am now looking for an MGB GT
