Description
My MG Midget has had six former keepers as noted on its current DVLA Certificate V5C. It passed its MOT test on 09. 06. 2025 with no Advisories. It is registered as an "Historic Vehicle" in its V5C document, which means it does not require to have an MOT Test or to have Road Tax. I pay £130 per year for fully comprehensive insurance.
Its body work is in very good condition with no rust on its chassis or body. Mechanically it is very sound and starts first time. It is kept in an integral garage to my house. It has a retractable roof which is in very good condition with no marks or tears.
My reason for selling is that getting in and out of it is difficult and will eventually damage my 81 year old knees, which is a shame as I absolutely love it. I will however buy a slightly bigger MGB Roadster when I have sold my Midget. My Midget feels so good and safe to drive and is extremely economical to run. I do not foresee any major expense being incurred on it in the next year or so. It polishes up well, looks great and is a very proud possession.
