For sale is my original UK supplied 1971 Triumph TR6, which is the desirable CP higher-performance 150bhp fuel-injected model with overdrive. Finished in striking red with a black interior, it is a very well-presented multiple award winning example that has undergone an earlier extensive professional restoration and mechanical refurbishment and has been very well maintained.
It is one of the best examples around and runs extremely well, is very reliable and has loads of history documents and receipts dating back to the '80s.
Subject to an earlier body off restoration this car has had no expense spared on it with over £48000 of documented receipts and has previously been maintained by TR Bitz and TR Trader.
It has had several sympathetic reliability, performance and safety upgrades to make this a very useable, dependable and great looking car to drive whilst still retaining its originality as much as possible.
Reliability upgrades include: Rewired with modern wiring fuses and relays, electric thermostatic fan, hi-torque starter, Bosch type fuel pump, Electronic ignition, ethanol proof fuel hoses and seals, LED lights, poly suspension bushes, refurbished Prestige Injection metering unit and throttle body underslung linkage, emergency bonnet release catch, wheel arch liners, spin on oil filter, frame strengthening.
