Icon of Britain in the 1950s, the MGA embodies MG’s stylistic and technical revival. This roadster with a clean, uncluttered design was born from competition, before becoming a true reference for the English pleasure of driving.
We present here a 1959 MGA 1500 cabriolet, dressed in the elegant Orient Red colour with a black leather interior with red piping. Since 2007, it has had only two owners. It is powered by a 4-cylinder 1, 489 cc engine developing 72 horsepower, paired with a 4-speed manual gearbox replaced in 2018, as well as the brake and clutch master cylinder. Recently serviced by a specialist, it is equipped with a front disc brake kit with assisted operation, a real plus for comfort and safety.
Aesthetically, our MGA is in excellent overall condition. The bodywork, chromes and leather interior are all in excellent general condition. The car is supplied with its black PVC hood, its tonneau cover and its two side screens.
