I have a excellent, all original inside and outside 1981 VW T3 CI Kamper with the last iconic original 2. 0L aircooled engine running super smooth. The most amazing part is that the kamper only did 27 500km since new. This is a almost brand new 44 year old car. It's a true time capsule with stuff of the 80's still in it's cupboards. This is a collectors dream. The CI Kamper was South African build with it's CI serial number and endorsed by VW South Africa. No rust. All manuals and keys available. I am the second owner, but are still in contact with the original family. The son inherited it from his dad, but wife was not a camper, so he kept in in storage for almost 40 years thinking that when the day come and they go on retirement, he will persuade her to go on a road trip with him. When they at last retired, they decided to immigrate to Spain and he then sold it to me.
