Description
The car traveled from England to the USA where it was raced prepared by a Californian specialist according to Tony Ingram's options and solutions. Around 2016, the car was imported to Germany but kept in a heated garage (the German buyer was to high and could not use it).
I bought it in 2019 and, due to the pandemic crisis, kept it in garage until 2023. Nonetheless, I asked my friend and engine builder in the UK to make me a new engine, and also made some overall improvements such as a brand new electric system.
Only made one track day (Estoril) and one race (Portimão).
For personal reasons (age), I don't intend to go ahead with the project.
Overall, the car is immaculate, the polyester body is crack-free. The interior is fresh, has a Tillett B6 Screamemr Seat (valid until 2026), Tony Thompson removable steering wheel, Stack instruments, 6 points Harness (valid until 2027), etc.
The engine is new. Made with the idea to get the most out of it, but also to run it safely. Custom Wet/ Dry sump system with modified dry sump, Aluminum Radiator, 45 DCOE Weber’s.
The Suspension has AVO Adjustable perch shocks, Dave Bean Spring (2 ½” x 8” x 175# front 2” x 10” x 250# rear), Adjustable Rear Sway bar, Rear Wishbones adjustable for toe and camber
