After a lot of thinking I have decided to sell my Rover P6 NADA replica as soon I am going to be taking on a second job and I won't have the time to give the car what it needs.
This is a very famous car it used to be a show car in the 90s and it was one of the nicest cars out there at the time and it's famous prototype Triplex glass roof made it all the more special.
This car is NOT a genuine NADA and never was it started life as a 3500S and was reshelled with an American base unit from the US hence why it has all the NADA stuff on it but the up side of this is there is not rot on the entire car it's a perfect base unit!
Has a low mileage 3. 9 engine fitted with custom mainfolds and exhaust. I have replaced the head gaskets and I was told it was rebuilt in the 90s and the bores do look like new but I have not proof it was rebuilt it also has a brand new waterpump fitted and it ran very well with good oil pressure.
All this is cooled with a custom big core radiator that also cools the gearbox with a built in oil cooler.
It also has a 4 speed ZF gearbox fitted that was brand new and we have let it go through the gears jacked up but the car has not been driven so it will probably need a service.
The seats were done by Connolly 20 years ago and the leather is still very nice but one rear has been damaged and need a re cover and the foam could do with replacing in some of them but it's not massively expensive to get done.
The car will come with 2 Nada bumpers and hopefully all the brackets trying to import some from the US atm.
As for what it needs to get it back on the road really it needs the wiring redone it's a right mess but simple enough for someone who knows what there doing I am not electrically minded in any way haha!
The brakes need to be overhauled probably will need suspension bits like ball joints ect ect it's a full recomisstion but it will be a fabulous car when it's done as I said I just don't have the time.
