Description
The Herald looks great from 6 ft away, but there are some signs of rust bubbles, especially on the bonnet trim. The main panels, however, are all good, as are the door bottoms.
A small fortune has been spent on having an overdrive gear box from a Sptifire 1300 fitted by Worcest Classic cars, who have also undertaken any work I have asked to be done, like enging tuning. This has transformed the car in terms of noise and pleasure of driving. The overdrive on 3rd and 4th gear engages and disengages as it should. The engine fires up first time, with choke, every time, even after long periods of standing outside. I have also had a new screen rubber installed so no known leaks.
The electrics all work and it has an MOT until end May 2026 The only advisory was fixed. I have also sprayed Lanoguard liberally everywhere, so the underneath is good and sound as proved by MOT.
There is no history from before I bought it, but it drives superbly and and would give great service to a new custodian.
She lives outside, I don't drive her much, so I really want her to go to somebody who will use, tend and make any desired improvements so she survives giving pleasure for many decades to come.

When I saw WWA advertised I was tempted and bought her, on a whim in 2024.
It is now time to let her satisfy somebody who will look after her in the future.
