A Willys jeep but with Mitsubishi 2. 7 turbo diesel engine and gearbox built under licenses from Willys
This uses genuine Willys panels and other Willys parts. Dana axles. It’s based on the cj3b all the best bits of the Willys jeep but with a much better bombproof Mitsubishi 2. 7 4dr5 turbo engine and gearbox
This jeep was garaged in Japan for 25 years then brought over to the uk in 2020

When I got the jeep there was rust in the tank so I have replaced the fuel tank with a handmade alloy tank made to original specs and replaced the fuel lines

I got this as a standard j55 and have added 31” 8 spoke wheels with new quality falken mt tyres including spare
31” tyres which is the correct size for this jeep which requires no modifications and gives the best road/ off-road driving
New winchmax 14500 winch with synthetic rope properly wired in with cut off switch

Just replaced all diff/ gearbox oil and engine oil and filter
Also full brake fluid flush and new fluids

This jeep runs perfect and is amazing off-road and has not been battered when off roading
Masses of torque runs supurb on road doesn’t wobble around the road and cruises easily at 65 mph
Outstanding off road with its 2. 3 low range gear and 4. 7 differential gearing puts landrovers to shame with its off-road capabilities
35 mpg perfect for a daily driver
