Selling our 1998 Mitsubishi Shogun 2. 8TD GLX 7 Seater Auto.
Finished in Cambridge Red with contrasting grey interior. She has covered a genuine 150k from new and is in excellent, original condition.

The highly respected 4M40-T engine starts on the button and pulls like a train. Likewise, the gearbox is smooth and makes for a very pleasant driving experience with no nasty clunks from anywhere within the drive-train. The High and Low gear ranges work fine, as does the very desirable rear diff lock making this an incredibly capable off-roader (not that it's seen much, if any off-road action).
The interior is in exceptional order with very little sign of wear.
As you can see from the pictures the exterior is in really good shape. There are a few small scuffs, scratches here and there. The bonnet has several stone chips which have been touched in but are not overly noticeable. I am being very critical here. The paintwork looks to be original and in remarkable order for a any 28 year old car, let alone a 4x4.
The underside is in very good order. Having been rust protected over the years the body/ sills are amazingly sound and original. The chassis has had some welding but to a high standard. She has been rust protected again recently and is not likely to need any further welding for some time.
She comes with a stack of paperwork including owners handbook and lots of receipts going way back, including a purchase receipt from when she was bought back in 2000 for over £16k.

Rocker cover gasket
Antifreeze flush
Fuel pump seal
Glow plugs
New shock absorbers x4
Rear anti-roll bar poly bushes
New fuel lines (front to rear including return)

In summary, this example could be regarded as a 'survivor' as she has somehow managed to dodge the hard life that 99% of these were subjected to. She is very much ready to be used and enjoyed.
Early, uncomplicated, non-flared arch models are few and far between and very rarely come up for sale. When they do they tend to be knackered of heavily modified (or both).
