After 10 years of careful ownership I am looking to sell my 2005 Ice Blue metallic Lotus Elise 111S 156 BHP equipped with air conditioning and electric windows. This is a superb car that has a paint protection kit fitted, is always garaged when not in use and only driven in fine weather. It has a Lotus service history since new and under my ownership all maintenance has been completed by Lotus specialists PJS. (Last major service in June 2025 including cylinder head skim/ gaskets, upgraded oil rail, spark plugs, oil and filter etc.)
I am looking to sell as I am now retired and spend more time on holiday and in my 2nd home in Spain, so I do not get time to drive it enough. I have never tracked the car and driven it a average of 1000 miles per year.
I have all receipts for the works completed under my ownership and previous ownership. This includes new alternator, radiator and fan, air conditioning condenser, timing belt, tyres, shock absorbers as well as all the relevant services. This Lotus Elise is presented in a metallic silver blue colour that really pings and sparkles in the sunshine. It has a blue mohair removable soft top and blue leather seats and door covers and silver Lotus decal. It has a Kenwood stereo with Bluetooth connectivity and a 5 speaker system including a subwoofer.
The lower part of the bodywork has a protection cover in order to protect from stone chips and tar deposits and maintain the paintwork in first class condition.
The 156BHP Rover VVT engine provides for a great drive with great acceleration at lower revs making this a much better road car experience that the Toyota engine models (where the 2nd cam does not kick in until 6200+ revs).
In have never tracked the car or driven it in bad weather and it lives in my garage.
