Description
There are cars that take you from A to B. And then there is the Alfa Romeo GTV 2000 Bertone — a car that turns every journey into an experience. With its sleek Bertone coachwork, that timeless silhouette and the fiery shade Alfa Rosso, this classic Italian still draws every eye.
The car was professionally restored in Portugal about ten years ago. Since then it has hardly accumulated any miles and has always been treated with care — never in rain, cold or bad weather. The result: a mechanically healthy car that runs as it should. The odometer shows just 2, 150 km after restoration, which speaks for itself.
Visually the GTV is in very good condition. A careful observer will notice here and there a small trace of the restoration — the little beauty flaws that every handmade classic restoration inevitably features, and which, to the true enthusiast, tell the story.
The car can be viewed by appointment in Alkmaar. For this you can contact Richard van Lieshout via using the button below or the details below.
The real highlight? Getting it out on the road. This GTV drives wonderfully. The 2, 000 cc four-cylinder engine gives it character and a stirring sound, the steering is direct and communicative, and the whole feels like Italy in the seventies — smooth, melodic and alive. Whether it’s a Sunday tour through the countryside or a classic rally: this Alfa makes a celebration of it.
A rare opportunity to acquire an iconic Bertone coupe in running order — with a low mileage after restoration and a character that no modern car can give you.
