With a heavy heart, I’m offering my Lancia Series 1 for sale. For me, without a doubt, this is one of the most beautiful cars ever built. I bought the car back then purely out of passion, but due to a lack of suitable storage, I’d like to sell it to someone who can care for it properly.
This Series 1 is a rare sight, and it’s becoming increasingly difficult to find. It’s precisely the early Series 1 models that enthusiasts value for their character, presence, and limited numbers.
The car is fitted with a 2000cc engine instead of the original 1600cc. As a result, the car is in excellent mechanical condition and drives exactly like an Italian classic should. The more powerful engine also makes it a lot more enjoyable in modern traffic.
The interior has been refreshed in the past. The original seats and door panels have been replaced, giving the cabin a well-kept, presentable look.
The bodywork is tidy, but the paint would benefit from a bit of attention in a few spots. With relatively limited effort, there’s still extra improvement to be made for someone who wants to take the car further and perfect it.
I am the car’s third owner. Unfortunately, there is no paperwork or documentation available—something the price, of course, reflects.

By now, these early cars have become scarce—especially in an era when many examples have disappeared or have been modified extensively.
I’m the third owner of this car, and I bought it for the same reason that makes many people fall in love with a classic Lancia: the looks. In my opinion, this is one of the finest designs ever to come out of Italy. The long bonnet, the perfect proportions and the subtle details make it a car you find yourself wanting to keep looking at.
Unfortunately, I don’t have the ability to keep the car stored dry and properly protected, which is why I’ve decided it deserves a new owner who can give it the attention it deserves.
So this Beta is not only a classic, but also a piece of Italian motoring history. A car for someone who understands why the Lancia marque still holds such a special place in the hearts of car enthusiasts.
