Lancia Fulvia 1600 HF (RHD) – A Rare Driver’s Classic
Offered here is a beautifully presented Lancia Fulvia 1600 HF, the evolution of Lancia’s rally-bred coupe. Rare in right-hand drive form believed to one of 400 made, this car combines elegant Italian design with over engineered mechanics that made the Fulvia a motorsport legend. With its rev-happy V4 engine, nimble handling, and unmistakable character and sound, this HF delivers a truly rewarding driving experience—whether on a twisting B-road or admired at a classic car meet.
It underwent a full nut and bolt restoration a few years ago but sadly it has sat in storage since then; it has picked up a couple of minor blemishes over time, but the car still presents beautifully and would be a real asset to a collection or a fantastic usable driver. It’s painted in Rossa Corsa and dressed up as a Mexico Rallye replica, fully rebuilt, fresh paint, re-powder coated wheels, fresh tyres, exhaust and so on, there is too much too list.
The owner was a long-term Lancia fanatic and a chartered mechanical engineer. He bought the car in 1981 and spent a great deal of time planning and rebuilding the car to his taste. The paint and body were carried out by Cotswold Classic Car restoration where it was subjected to a nut and bolt ground up rebuild.
It looks and drives beautifully, turns heads wherever it goes and looks fantastic in our showroom, all it needs now is a new owner to come and use in the way it was intended, as I’m sure anybody that is looking at this car will know, they were built to drive!
