- 2 previous owners of which previous owned for 33 years and garage kept for this time
- All original besides mohair top w/ glass window and Skagen 400 radio
- Service History and 2 keys
The car drives great, has no mechanical issues and is ready to go with all maintenance fully up to date. Top is an aftermarket mohair with heated glass rear window.
In my ownership the following work has been completed since May 2025.
-Oil and filter change
-Air filter
-Spark Plugs
-Timing belt, Water pump, power steering belt, CAS O-ring, Crank seal, CAM seals, rocker cover gasket and new coolant performed by a local MX5 specialist
-Front temp sensor and Radiator Cap
-Gearbox and Diff fluid change
-New Mintex Pads and discs all round
-Replacement passenger rear caliper
-Brake and clutch fluid bled and refilled
-Fuel Filter
-Shifter rebuild and fluid change
-New Battery
-New Radiator
-Rear sills welded and rear of car resprayed
-Subframes wire brushed and lanoguarded
-Front sill rust treatment
-Clutch master cylinder and slave cylinderThis is a lovely example with the previous owner having owned it for 33 years and as an engineer it had been serviced at home for most of its life following on from dealer and mechanic servicing. It was garage kept and well looked after. It even benefits from an upgraded top which is leak free and a new clutch fitted by the previous owner. In my ownership all maintenance has been completed and rust has been treated. It is now ready for a new home for someone to enjoy for many years to come!
