This one features the highly regarded 397hp, Supercharged Jaguar 4. 2 litre V8 which provides for an effortless drive (it's the one you want!)
I regularly drove 400mile round trips in a day, and would arrive feeling fully refreshed. It's also a rarity in that it's a lighter colour (most seem to be black) and doesn't have dark tinted windows, I've enjoyed every mile driven.
It's recently had a rear suspension refresh with new shock absorbers, hub bushes and tracking arms and front track rods and track rod ends. A 4-wheel alignment and 4 new tyres so ready for the new owner to jump in and drive! The next service is due in November 2026. I have the owners manual, book packs, two keys, V5C in my name (has just come off a cherished plate), some service history (from myself and the previous owner).
Points of note: 1 Speaker has a crackle on higher frequencies, the DVD player doesn't play, very small amount of rust starting on the rear arch (treated this with rust converter and sealed), wheels could do with a refurbishment
But for an 18 year old car it's in very nice condition, solidly build and always feels special to drive, nothing quite compares to these Ranger Rovers for driving feel.
