1970 Morris Oxford Series VI Saloon – Trafalgar Blue
A beautifully presented 1970 Morris Oxford Series VI Saloon finished in Trafalgar Blue with a light blue interior. The car is in very good cosmetic and mechanical condition. It starts instantly, runs exceptionally smoothly, and is used regularly without issue. Last year it completed a long-distance drive from Reading to Scotland flawlessly.
The car benefits from several well‑chosen upgrades, including an MGB rear differential, alternator, electronic ignition and servo‑assisted brakes. The bodywork is solid with no rust, and both the paint and chrome are in excellent order. It has been garaged at all times.
The odometer currently shows 15, 018 miles; however, this cannot be verified. MOT history is available back to 2008 with no recorded failures. In 2008 the mileage was 10, 369, and it has increased consistently year on year. The car has a fresh MOT valid until July 2027.
There is some history with the vehicle, and its previous four owners were long‑standing members of the Cambridge Oxford Owners Club, each owning the car for extended periods. The last owner kept it for 13 years. I have owned it for one year and am reluctantly selling due to another project requiring space.
