C5 MK1 Estate SX - 57k miles
2003 SX with a 2. 0 16v Petrol -standard version. 57k miles which seems very little after 23 years. MOT until Feb 2027 and timing belt replaced September 24 - at approx 52k miles. Has a tow bar fitted and has the load cover and retractable load guard. Aircon and heating seem to work as intended.
Bodywork overall is very nice, has a light scuff on the protruding corner part of the rear bumper that will need tidying up..
Interior is close to pristine for a car of this age, seats really clean and in good condition, headliner likewise. Some of the cloth on the door cards is a bit saggy, but really not too bad.
Boot is nice and clean, radio/ CD works fine
Car starts first turn of the key and drives as you would expect a C5 should, certainly like my two others. There is a little bit of hesitation at some points on the rev range, it feels like it's going slightly lean and there may be a vacuum leak on one of the pipes or connections. It's barely detectable and I would be confident in driving it to either end of the country.
I think this with a little tweaking will be a great car for somebody. I think there must only be a handful of C5 estates of this spec on the road and probably even fewer with this mileage.
The car comes on a nicer set of Citroen 16" wheels than the 15"s in the picture - I swapped them over for cleaning purposes. They will be on the car when sold.
