Description
Selling on behalf of the family of a good friend who recently passed.
This 1963 Cooper S replica has been fully restored and was purchased around 5 years ago, it currently displays in the condition seen in the photos… very good.
Extremely solid, straight and charming, featuring a bored out 1380cc engine and stainless exhaust.
Interior is in decent condition with just custom seat covers and panels. It reads 1289 miles on the clock, we don’t know the authenticity of this as there is no formal service history.
Taxed and insured currently with recent road use, it sports immaculate wheels and very good tyres.
It's solid with only minimal amounts of surface rust, as can be seen in the photos. Ready to jump in and enjoy!
There are believed to be parts from 62, 63 and 64 cars contributing to the rebuild but fitment is good.
Nearly everything has been replaced - especially underneath including brakes, suspension etc.
Paint pops well and with a decent polish would really glow. There are a few discrepancies here being a light blister on the bonnet and a few mild imperfections on the doors, you have to look for these, they are very few and far between, it shows no dents or nasty scratches.
Chrome is very good all round, very mild pitting at worst confined to the radiator grill…this could easily be rectified.
Absolutely admired by all and raises plenty of smiles and head turning.
Overall a fantastic looking and performing classic mini with plenty of charm and investment opportunities.
