Hi and welcome to my listing for this superb Citroen DS.
Finished in Metallic Green with a Brown leather interior, this example presents very well for its 52 years of age having benefited from some restoration work in the past.
Imported in 2005, it was previously owned by renowned British broadcaster and radio presenter Zoe Ball. It has always been garage stored and more recently, has toured all across Europe having been in regular use with its current keeper.
It starts, runs and drives well. The gearbox, clutch and brakes are all working well and the all important hydropneumatic suspension functions as it should, raising and lowering without issue. It is in good order mechanically. The suspension spheres were replaced in 2021.
The bodywork is very straight and solid with no major damage or corrosion. The brightwork is all in very good condition.
The paintwork is also very good with just the odd small area of microblistering and age-related marks/ imperfections here and there.
The interior is excellent with lovely brown leather seating which compliments the exterior colour nicely. There is very little wear showing to the seats which are extremely comfortable. The gauges are all in working order and it is a lovely place to be.
The engine bay, boot area and underside all look to be in good solid condition.
Registered as a historic vehicle so MOT/ tax exempt, cheap to insure too! HPI clear.
Comes with 2 sets of keys, and a good sized history file containing: owners manuals, workshop manual, a large quantity of invoices/ receipts for parts purchased and work done over the years, old MOT certificates, old V5Cs, previous sales invoice, magazine and parts booklet.
A £500 non-refundable holding deposit secures this car.
