Good morning. BMW 2000 CS, 1969 (built 1968), Chamonix white with blue interior. Brand-new engine, needs running in; new rear brakes, new exhaust silencer, everything working. Please only propose part-exchange with a vintage open-top car. Please make offers only if seriously interested. Thank you
BMW 2000 CS in Chamonix white, repainted some years ago to an excellent standard; seats and carpets restored using shapes and materials similar to the original. Engine completely rebuilt to as-new condition with genuine BMW parts (valves and head refaced, cylinders rebored with BMW high-compression pistons, high-strength bronze main and connecting rod bearings, upgraded oil pump; all brand new and needs running in). Standard Solex PHH 40 carburettors, fully overhauled. Alloy wheels of slightly later period, new exhaust silencer and new brakes. Absolutely no rust. Everything working; car serviced and roadworthy until October 2028, ASI homologated. The car will be delivered with new tyres. I would prefer to part-exchange or swap for a vintage car, preferably open-top and of similar value. Thank you.
