Austin Healey 3000 Mk IIa, year 1963. Chassis number HBJ7L/ 2435X, engine number 19F/ RU/ H523X. Colour Primrose (Sunburst) yellow combined with a black interior trimmed with pale yellow piping and black carpet. This wonderful ‘Big Healey’ was sold new in the USA, in April 1999 the car was imported to the Netherlands. In 1999 – 2001 the car was extensively restored, overhauled and prepared for fast road use. A large part of the work was carried out by Altena Classic Service. The car was registered to the current owner in 2001! This fine Healey is in very good condition, the car looks fantastic and the car drives perfectly! The (service) history of the last 20 years is known and documented. This Austin Healey features Minilite alloy wheels, overdrive, 185 / 15 Vredestein Sprint Classic tyres, 7-inch Lucas wide beam cornering / fog lights, Lucas reversing lamp, quick-locks on the bonnet and boot-lid, vented disc-brakes at the front, cooling vents in the front wings and a side exhaust.
