The Appeal
HFS Morgan was one of British motoring's great pioneers, and he struck utter gold with the 'Aerocycle' - a nifty, fast little three-wheeler with a low centre of gravity, advanced sliding pilllar suspension and a perky engine all providing a car that was cheap, capable, and incredibly fun. The sharp aerodynamics and impressive power-to-weight ratio meant that a '20s Mog was more capable than many of the most expensive machines of their day. It was one of the country's first true leisure cars, and continues to resonate in a big way - the current Morgan trikes have more in common than you might expect!
This handsome example was purchased by the current keeper from a deceased estate in 2018, and is a particularly handsome aero from its impressive tail to its big 'bicycle' wheels and bullnose radiator. All of that exposed machinery, the pinstriping, the bare cabin - it's a glorious little ambassador for times long gone, and is bound to attract plenty of attention.
