The Appeal
Ford’s legendary ‘32 Deuce is the classic basis for a vintage hot rod, and this nicely detailed High Boy V8 roadster is one of the nicest we’ve seen in a long while. Professionally built using a durable fibreglass body and bespoke ‘jungle’ red interior, it has covered just 2,000 miles in the intervening 10 years.
We’re told that it was built as a promotional vehicle for the El Lobo motorbike shop. The specification includes a high-end braking system, front and rear adjustable coilovers providing the aggressive stance while maintaining excellent drivability. Chevrolet LS1 V8 producing the unmistakable soundtrack and reliability for which the LS platform is renowned. A set of chromed Torq Thrust II rims by American Racing complete the look.
Thanks to the low mileage, it is in very good order. It is said to run well without faults, and even the powerful cabin heater works correctly. The vendor tells us that it starts easily, runs cool in traffic, shifts smoothly and is ready to enjoy immediately.
The vendor tells us that this is professionally engineered and carefully sorted and is a turnkey hot rod ready to drive and enjoy immediately.
