Pre-bids

2000 Brabus C3.8S

Highlights

  • One of only 50-60 built
  • Just two registered keepers from new
  • In current ownership since 2016
  • Reported recently serviced and inspected

The Appeal

The Brabus C3.8S is a genuinely rare machine. Based on the W203-generation Mercedes-Benz C320, it was hand-built by the renowned German tuner with a bored-out 3.8-litre V6 producing 300 bhp and 291 lb-ft of torque, a significant step beyond the standard car. With production originally planned at 100 units but ultimately ceasing at around 50-60, the C3.8S is considerably scarcer than the factory AMG equivalents it was designed to rival.
This example was first registered in Germany in 2000 before being exported to Marbella, Spain, in 2002 by its original owner. The second and current keeper acquired the car in 2016 and has since brought it to Ireland. Finished in black with two-tone leather and the signature Brabus split-rim alloys, it presents a purposeful appearance. A dedicated plaque on the centre console denotes the car's build number and engine details, underscoring its bespoke nature. For those seeking a potent and highly exclusive Brabus with the practicality of a four-door saloon, this C3.8S warrants close attention.
