The Appeal
No bones about it - this is a remarkable road-legal track car. Taking a Porsche 996 and fitting it with hardware from a 997 GT3 Twin-turbo, everything has been built in this one-off spec to make for a truly spectacular motorsports champ while keeping it strictly road legal.
It's clearly worked, too - the car has a proven competition history, having won multiple championships including the Time Attack Nordic series Unlimited class in both 2016 and 2017. Following its successful racing career, it was renovated in 2018 and converted back to street-legal specification, allowing its new owner to enjoy its formidable performance on both road and track with zero fuss.
It's spent the past few years in storage, but has been started and run regularly. As a result, it'll need a fresh TUV, but the vendor knows of no issues that will prevent a clean pass. With just 3,500 miles on the odometer and a comprehensive specification that includes a twin-turbocharged 3.6-litre flat-six engine capable of producing up to 885HP, this is a truly one-in-a-million Porsche that's bound to impress.
