Fresh in from the USA, a 1979 Yamaha RD400F Daytona Special. The Holly Grail of the RD range, just 5, 000 were made, one year only production, and exclusively for the USA. Engine and frame are matching numbers (#4202), carbs, exhaust and plugs are missing. Engine turns over with compression, but no attempt has been made to start it. Getting hard to find now these Daytona Specials, we have 5, and this is the last one left.
The bike is not UK registered, but all paper work is supplied (NOVA) to show duties have been paid and and for you to register it on an age related plate. Just add Insurance, Dating Certificate and the DVLA £55. 00 first reg. fee. Full written instructions are supplied with the bike.

Collection, Delivery & Shipping
You are very welcome to collect in person or have your bike delivered. All Bikes must be paid for within 7 days, and must be collected within 14, after 14 days all bikes carry a storage charge of £7. 50+VAT.
