Good battery fitted, but the bike will require some re-commissiong. Getting hard to find these now, whether here or the US, so be quick on this one, it won't be here long at this price!
The bike is not UK registered but paperwork (NOVA) is supplied so you can register it on an age related plate. Just add to this, Dating Certificate, Insurance and the DVLA £55. 00 first reg. fee. Full written instructions are provided.

Collection, Delivery & Shipping
You are very welcome to collect in person or have your bike delivered. All Bikes must be paid for within 7 days, and must be collected within 14, after 14 days all bikes carry a storage charge of £7. 50+VAT.
