Professionally restored 4 years ago to be a promotion vehicle, but we have hardly used it. The van has been garaged since we have owned it nine years ago.
The restoration included the roof guttering being cut out and replaced. The chassis being checked with new metal welded in where required. Mechanically we have had put on new re-engineered wheels for modern tubeless tyres, servo added onto the breaking system with brake lines and shoes replaced. A new battery as well as a battery isolator for improved security has also been added. The fuel pump has been replaced and the earth has been switched to negative to make the electrical system modern in format.
New carpets, mats, retractable seat belts, head lights , back door handle and lock, fuel cap, wing mirrors, bonnet hinges, all the glass is in new rubber seals. Plus many more aditional bits of chrome. It has also benefited from a full re spray.
This is super classic van which everyone seems to stop and admire.
The van comes with a collection of tools, spares and a full outside cover.
