I am rationalising my classic car collection and offer for sale my XK140 DHC project. I imported it from the USA as a retirement project a few years ago but it has never found it's way to the front of my restoration queue.
It has been stored indoors for many years and was apparently last on the road in 1978.
It comes with the following NEW Parts:
Pair of New Windscreen Glasses (which still have the protective blue film), Pair of New Door Glasses, New Windscreen Rubber, New Boot Lock Mechanism, New Brake Shoes - one Axle Set.
The engine turns over freely with a spanner. I have not started it.
It is manual and retains it's original close ratio gearbox - suffix CR.
I have it's Jaguar Heritage Certificate which records that it left the factory with Black paint and Red Trim. The original Black paint remains in evidence in the engine bay and on the bonnet.
It is UK registered and the V5 Registration document is in my name. All import taxes have been paid.

I have now purchased an XK150 ROADSTER and the garage space would be useful before that arrives. I have lowered the price and included the valuable new parts in order to prompt a quick sale.
