I've decided to part with my Grantura. I've just got too many cars and want to get on with restoring my Vixen before I'm too old to drive it!! This is a 1960 Grantura 2 that has been updated to 2A spec with the fitting of front brake discs (With a servo!)
Baby Blue with matching dark Blue 'Rexine' trim and Blue carpets. The car was fully re-trimmed with a replacement headlining fitted approx. 3 years ago so looks very nice inside and has the original steering wheel fitted which are quite rare I'm told.
Now fitted with a Ford 1600cc 'Crossflow' engine rather than the original Ford side valve unit that graced the car back in 1960!
Sitting on a nice set of Silver 60-spoke 15" wire wheels fitted with Vredestein radial tyres.
Looks lovely from more than six feet away but somewhat cosmetically challenged when seen close up, but she is quite an old lady now I guess! The car could come with an 'interesting' registration number at the right deal.
