EXTERIOR
This sporty modern naked bike in gorgeous factory Very Dark Violet Cocktail, (Code VDVC1), has covered just 2, 205 miles from new. The condition is representative to an approved used showroom bike with no notable markings. The metallic paintwork is almost black until sunlight is thrown on it to reveal a beautiful purple violet twinkle. All factory decals, stickers and labels are present and correct and the identification and information plates and stock frame number stamping are clearly legible. All mirrors, light clusters, rubbers and other trim are fully intact and the super modern high-tech LCD display is perfect. The lockable sculptured thin racing seat is immaculate and there is the untouched full toolkit present.
ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
Using the 3-cylinder liquid cooled 847cc 4-stroke DOHC unit featuring TCI electronic fuel injection, power output equates to 115hp at 10000rpm and 87. 5Nm maximum torque at 8500rpm. With a wet weight of just 191kg, this lightweight machine performs as good as it looks and is perfectly balanced for enthusiastic pleasure. The engine and all ancillaries are spotless. The 6-speed constant-mesh one down five up gearbox performs perfectly and is very easy to use. Awesome fun!
WHEELS, TYRES & BRAKES
The racy 17in alloy wheels in gloss black with white pin stripe are in pristine order with no damage. Factory Dunlop Sportmax 120/ 70 ZR17 front and 180/ 55 ZR17 rear tyres have only covered just 2, 205 miles. The powerful brakes feature a 298mm hydraulic dual front disc and 245mm hydraulic rear disc to offer tremendous stopping power.
HISTORY FILE
Registered new on the 1st March 2016 by Yamaha Main Dealers, Robspeed of Grimsby, this example has covered just 2, 205 miles from new and benefits the next buyer with a large saving from list price of a new machine. The original plastic wallet contains the service book stamped by the supplying dealer along with the first service stamp by the same.
All user manuals, point of sale literature and Datatag documentation and transfer form is present along with the first MOT carried out in February 2020 with no advisories. There are two original keys including the red master key and code tags. Purchased by the previous owner in February 2017, KGF Classic Cars acquired this Yamaha in part exchange when he purchased our 164-mile BMW X 1000 XR SE in a desire to own a larger long-distance tourer. A very well proportioned bike both dynamically and aesthetically.
