2001 Y Renault Clio 2. 0 16v RenaultSport exclusive
Very rare RenaultSport Clio, only 172 of the 'Exclusive' clio 172 were produced for the uk with each example being individually numbered, this example being no. 94.
The superb Scarab green Pearlscent metallic paint is specific to the Clio RenaultSport 172 Exclusvie too. So are the stylish BBS 15" alloys with their brush aluminium finish; as is the elegant Dune Grey full leather interior trim.
Just 172 of these cars were built and each carried an authenticating serial number on its unique RenaultSport door plates.
No. 94 was a Showroom demonstrator in a Renault dealership in France before being purchased and registered by Southampton Renault in 2004 with only delivery miles on the clock. Ms Clarke of Kensington London purchase direct from the supplying dealership Renault on 01. 09. 2004 with the delivery millage of 0009. Ms Clarke kept #94 til 2015 were sadly she had to sell due to requiring a larger family car, then being purchased by a Renault enthusiast with just over 70k on the clock, purchased as a investment but again a sad sale due to loss of storage

I know everyone says that classic and future classic cars are an investment but I do believe any hothatch that has a unique build number will only increase in value, just look at the prices of a Clio Williams.. this is in my opinion is the best "Exclusive" example currently on the market, there's some out there forsale but not many low millage and well maintained examples currently forsale. I do believe this is going to be one of those cars in years time when I say 'why did I sell that'....
