ChasingCarsUk have the pleasure of offering this impressive one of a kind car. Please note that this car was subject to a failed online auction. First registered at Howarth BMW of Rochdale in January 1998, it was then exported to the Isle of Man in April of the same year, before being returned to the mainland in 2020, where she has been recommissioned ready to be bought and registered into the second owners name. She is one of 634 right-hand-drive E36 M3 Evolution saloons, it is thought to be the only example finished in the BMW Individual shade of Atlantis Blue and was fitted with both AC Schnitzer boot wing and 17-inch alloy wheels by a BMW dealer.
The BMW Individual Atlantis Blue paintwork is in excellent condition, presenting with one or two very small blemishes on the front end, and a paint bubble on the boot aperture and a few scratches can be seen on the sunroof. Inside, there is some wear to the driver’s outer bolster, but no rips or tears. The black leather upholstery reflects the low mileage. The glovebox light needs to be replaced, and the air conditioning is currently faulty. The most recent MOT test was on 5 October 2020 at 41, 965 miles, which was a pass with two advisories to monitor corrosion on the fuel and power steering pipes. The work completed before and after the MOT included a brake switch, new clutch, engine oil, filter, brake fluid, gearbox fluid, auxiliary belts and water pump, before inspecting the cam chain. A modern Sigma central locking system and alarm has also been installed.
