Description
The Plus 8 was first released in 1968 using Rover's new 3. 5L V8 engine which was based on the Buick 215 cubic inch engine that Rover had purchased under licence. Morgan continued using this engine throughout the 60s, 70s and 80s.
This car was ordered in 1987 and was originally built with the 3. 5L engine but, due to valve problems dating back to the early days, it was later rebuilt to 3. 9L by a Morgan dealer. This vehicle is in incredible condition and has some interesting features which are truly rare to see even on a car as rare as a Morgan Plus 8 We also have a folder containing numerous receipts showing the service and maintenance history of this car going back to the very earliest days!
