A lovely Elan+2 in canary yellow with black cabin.... chassis showing no signs of rot and the bodywork is in good overall condition with no cracking or crazing. Brightwork and knock-on wheels are all nice and shiny.
This is a very nice car that has been well treated..... the history file shows evidence of an engine rebuild a few years ago which also included new carbs, new radiator and new exhaust. Paperwork also shows considerable expense in the mid-2010s on trimming and electrical works.
We've recently attended to a few niggles that we inherited. These include fitting new Rotoflexes on both driveshafts; new fuel pump; new electronic distributor with new HT leads; and refurbishing both front brake calipers. We've topped it off with an oil and filter service
The inside is in good condition but there are a few minor scuffs etc. that the new owner may wish to attend to in order to make it really top notch.
A lovely Plus Two in great condition which, with a little additional TLC, could easily be brought-up to A1 standard.
