EXTERIOR
This E46 330Ci M Sport presents in lovely condition throughout, the metallic grey paint making for a great combination with the black leather interior. The bodywork is in very nice condition and has just benefited from a full detail; there is no corrosion in any of the normal E46 weak spots and the only imperfections to note are a few stone chips at the front, a small graze to the bottom of the front bumper and a pin dent on the driver’s side rear quarter. The windscreen is free from any stone chips and all the lights are in excellent other than one crack to the driver’s side front fog light. The black shadowline trims around the car remain in fine condition as do all the rubbers and chrome badges. The roof is in fine working condition and there is no damage to the fabric or rear screen.
INTERIOR
The interior on this example presents very nicely showing hardly any wear to the leather seats other than some very light creasing to the driver’s bolster. The dashboard and centre console present extremely well with almost none of the normal scratches to the ashtray lid. The leather on the steering wheel, gear shifter and handbrake are all in good condition. The door cards and sill protectors are free from any unsightly marks and the carpets remain in excellent condition, still protected with the original BMW overmats. The boot area is extremely clean with no stains to the carpet and all the tools are present and correct. Some nice options from the factory include the heated electric memory seats and the wind deflector. A car cover is also included in the sale.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
The engine compartment is very clean and presents well with no damage to the black plastic trims or corrosion to the ancillary parts. The car has been well serviced throughout its life and runs very sweetly, providing smooth and effortless performance with a lovely exhaust note from that gorgeous straight-six engine.
WHEELS, TYRES AND BRAKES
All of the alloys have just benefited from a full refurbishment by Lepsons and all of the tyres are of a good quality with plenty of tread remaining. The braking and suspension components are in fine condition and the car benefited from new discs and pads all round in 2020 at 50, 910 miles.
HISTORY FILE
This example comes with a full service history. There are 10 stamps in the original service book with the last service having been carried out at 55, 075 miles in April 2022. The history file also contains some recent invoices detailing the service and maintenance work carried out along with a raft of old MOT certificates to further verify the car’s low mileage. The document pack and owner’s manuals are also present along with the spare key and V5C showing only 4 previous keepers.
