Super rare renovation project. Note that the indicator has now been fitted.
Off road since 2015 due to leaking PAS pipe. No MOT.
Huge spec including:
Carbon dash
Heated and electric front seats
Premium audio with amplifier
Climate control
The vehicle has been stood on concrete out of the sun since 2015. There is no rot on the car.
I have spent a small fortune renovating the car (all receipted for). A major service has also just been completed including:
NGK spark plugs
Air filter
Oil filter
Cabin filter
Fuel filter
5W40 GM spec fully synthetic oil
Rocker cover gasket and end sealing bung
The engine has not been started yet as there are still jobs outstanding including:
Fitting front exhaust flexi pipe (supplied)
Fitting mid section exhaust (supplied)
Finding/ fitting rear exhaust box
Fitting PAS pipe (supplied)
Fitting front brake discs and pads (supplied)
Fitting rear brake discs and pads (supplied)
Fitted rear handbrake shoes and fitting kit (supplied)
Two new front tyres have also been fitted, together with new wipers all round including headlamps and badges/ number plates.
The car is totally original and has only been run on Mobil 1 0W40 oil. The full book pack/ service book is here together with both keys.
There are a number of shallow dents on the roof/ bonnet which will need removing by a PDR specialist. The car has seen no paintwork but does require a deep clean, clay bar and polish. There are some scuffs on both bumpers.
The interior is immaculate and complete. Expect some marks on the front seats as to be expected. The passenger seat side trim has gone adrift (as they all do) but ORIO are now listing these are available.
This is literally your last chance to find a classic Aero HOT with low mileage and only one lady owner from new. Ideal DIY project - a good weekend and its ready for MOT.
