Description
Saab 9000 Turbo 16V from February 1990, sold new in Portugal and kept since acquisition by its original owner. This is therefore an example with over 35 years of documented history, a characteristic that has become particularly rare.
The 9000 was developed as part of the joint "Tipo Quattro" project, bringing together Saab, Fiat, Lancia and Alfa Romeo. Saab, however, developed a very personal interpretation, prioritising safety, comfort and road qualities that have always characterised the brand. The Turbo 16V versions are today particularly sought after by enthusiasts of the marque.
This example is equipped with the 2. 0 Turbo 16V engine and a manual gearbox. It also features a sunroof, functional air conditioning and a grey leather interior, still in good condition given its age and mileage of 344, 467 km.
The bodywork presents a good overall appearance, with well-preserved paint and no significant external signs of corrosion. A few elements could naturally benefit from cosmetic restoration. The tyres are in good condition.
The vehicle also possesses Portuguese certification as a Vehicle of Historical Interest.
An original Saab 9000 Turbo 16V, with a documented history from its first registration and preserved for over three decades by the same owner. A particularly interesting example for the enthusiast of the marque and Swedish youngtimers.
