These cars are amazing and I love them, this one is so good still I would use it every day and not have any concerns where I went and how many miles I covered, it totally defies its mileage
If you know this era of Volvo you will completely understand what I mean, they were less complicated upto 2005 with less ECU issues and are always loved by Volvo technicians who say this engine and the D5 of the same time are two of the best engines Volvo ever made, commonly reaching 500k miles plus if properly maintained
Finding an excellent low ownership example with such an impeccable Service Record is becoming more and more difficult, Dr Robert Thomas has loved and looked after this V70 for over 16 years and is a real testament to him and the car
I love the fact it has been driven continuously and serviced continuously which is what it was designed for, and actually its only 11k miles per year which is still not excessive by today’s figures
