For sale is my 1989 (F) Peugeot 205 GTI 1. 6 which I have owned for nearly a year now. The car is finished in Alpine White and has the iconic Pepperpot wheels being the 1. 6 model. The obligatory GTI badging, plastic mouldings, red side striping and lip spoiler are all present and correct. The car has covered over 107k miles. It was MOT’d back in April with no advisories and was serviced at the same time. A new clutch, cambelt and water pump was fitted back in September 2021. The interior is very clean. There are no rips in the carpet or seats and the parcel shelf has no holes cut in them. The car drives very well and is huge fun on any road. These 205s handle beautifully with lovely (unassisted) steering feel. Overall this is a very straight, unmolested original example. It is not concourse, with a few small rust spots and scratches on the bodywork but it is worth remembering this is now a 33 year old car. Crucially the car is nice and straight with no corrosion underneath. These make for a great investment or something to take to car shows and events, a proper classic.
