1982 Austin Mini 1000 HLE in British Racing Green. This is a fantastic mini and offers classic looks, a sound body shell and refurbished and improved mechanicals. It drives very well and is quiet, smooth and nice to be in. It steers really well and has good strong brakes. It has had a lot of time and money spent on it over the years and has clearly been loved. It has a nice original interior with the addition of a Wood and Pickett walnut dashboard with additional clocks and 12v sockets. It also has a high quality Blue Tooth module with 6 by 9 speakers and a quality amplifier giving a rich and quality sound. The engine was rebuilt back in 2007 and improved with electronic ignition, super flow exhaust system, a mild fast road camshaft and unleaded conversion. The suspension is adjustable and has sports dampers. The brakes have been uprated to Cooper S 7. 5 inch front discs and rear Mini Fin alloy drums plus braided hoses. It has Minilite 4. 5 by 10 alloy wheels on matching tyres. The paintwork is like glass and it shines wonderfully. I have a thick history file supporting the mileage of 63650 miles from new. The attention to detail on the body, engine bay and underneath show the time and money spent. The sills, floors and subframes are all in lovely condition.
