I’m proudly offering for sale, ‘Penny ‘ my 1967 Austin-Healy Sprite Mark IV, Finished in Basilica Blue and trimmed with Black leatherette upholstery complimented with White piping. Penny was supplied new on the 4th October 1967 by James Howell & Company Ltd Cardiff, and has stayed in Wales her entire life, having just 4 keepers and the last loving custodian since 1985.
Penny is a matching numbers car, as confirmed by the British Motor Industry Heritage Trust.
She was factory upgraded with beautiful wire wheels, which have just been fully restored with new tyres, a Smiths heater along with a Black tonneau cover. Penny underwent a complete bare metal restoration in the early 1990s and the work was carried out to a very high standard. During the restoration process, Penny had practical & period modifications carried out. Penny comes with a huge history portfolio, detailed photographs. Also included are some motorsport items, as she is eligible to enter Historic motorsport events.
